This morning, we kicked off the beautiful month of October with black coffee, homemade granola, and dehydrated apples. Our kitchen smells like cinnamon and vanilla, the way a home in the fall should smell – sweet and spicy. Lots of projects on today’s list, including painting projects and getting ready for some fall parties.
Our baby is kicking all the time now, and I feel like a taut drum. I’ve been drinking tea by the gallon, my favorite right now being an apple cider tea. It is absolutely perfect.

We’ve been apple and pear eating fools here at work…one of the professors has FOUR fruit trees in his backyard.
That sounds glorious!
Sounds yummy, my friend. Tis the season, isn’t it?!
Hugs,
Kathy

I can totally smell the sweet and spicy through your post. Autumn all the way. It’s good to hear the baby is doing fine, and that you are too.

Nice, I’m so ready for fall/winter foods too. Apples, cinnamon, cranberries, raspberries…
